We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it in compliance with Quebec’s privacy legilstation.
In accordance with Quebec privacy law, we have designated a Person Responsible for the Protection of Personal Information (Data Officer) to oversee our privacy practices.
If you have questions, concerns, or requests regarding your personal information, please contact:
Data Officer: Jon Stewart

We keep data collection simple and minimal. We only collect information through the following two methods:
What we collect: Information you voluntarily provide when sending us a message (such as your name, email address, and message content).
Why we collect it: Solely to read your inquiry, respond to your messages, and assist you with community theatre operations.
What we collect: Anonymous usage statistics (such as pages visited, general location, device type, and duration of visit).
Why we collect it: To monitor website traffic and improve user experience. This data is aggregated and anonymous—it cannot be used to identify you personally.
Our website may contain links to outside websites (e.g., social media platforms, partners, or ticketing services). Please be aware that we do not control these third-party websites. Clicking on an external link means your interaction will be governed by that website’s own privacy policy, not ours.
No Selling or Sharing: We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
Storage & Retention: Contact form submissions are stored securely and kept only for as long as necessary to answer your request or satisfy standard organizational recordkeeping.
Under Quebec law, you have specific rights regarding your personal information. You have the right to:
Access any personal data we hold about you.
Request corrections to any inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
Withdraw consent for us to use or hold your data at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, please email Jon Stewart directly at jon@calumetmedia.ca.
